Buang ubat This is one of the Simpulan Bahasa that I cannot find the idiom connection elsewhere. It is only listed in our DBP kamus Simpulan Bahasa as "a shot that misses its target." Therefore you waste gun powder or, "ubat bedil."

Buang undi To cast a vote.

Pengundi di luar Perancis mula buang undi.
Voters outside of France started voting.

Buat berderau To make a chorus, which is only possible when many people do it together. So the idiom connection here is to work together.

Buat hal To make trouble.

“Saya beri amaran kepada semua pengguna jalan raya supaya mematuhi peraturan trafik dan jangan buat hal dengan kami."--Ketua Trafik Pasukan Bukit Aman.
" I am warning all road users to obey the traffic rules and not to give us problems." Traffic Chief of Bukit Aman.

Buaya darat A man who is fond of seducing women.

Pelakon kacak Hollywood itu terkenal sebagai buaya darat yang dikaitkan dengan many wanita.
That handsome Hollywood actor linked to many women is a well-known seducer.

Budi bahasa Good manners.

Tahniah kepada klinik pergigian Hospital Seremban kerana mempunyai kakitangan yang cekap dan kaya budi bahasa. --Seorang ibu yang anaknya dirawat akibat kemalangan.
Kudos to the dental clinic of Seremban Hospital for their efficient and very well-mannered staff. --Mother of a son who was treated due to accident.

Bujang bercerai A woman who was divorced by her husband. Bujang is an unmarried person. So what we have here is a woman who becomes single again after divorce, how come this simpulan bahasa doesn't apply to men? : )

Bujang talang A divorcee or widow who doesn't have children.

Bujur sirih Face shape of a betel nut

Penyanyi yang berwajah bujur sirih itu tidak memerlukan solekan yang banyak kerana cantik semula jadi.
The singer who has an oval face does not need too much cosmetics because she is naturally beautiful.

Buka langkah seribu Run away in haste. Somehow, the cartoon roadrunner emerges in the idiom connection of my little mind. The roadrunner's two legs turn into hundreds whirling within a wheel shape, " Beep-beep!" and zoom it goes...

I have just opened my heart to befriend someone else.--A broken hearted damsel who found new love.

Buka tanahTo work on an uncultivated land.

FELDA membuka tanah untuk penanaman komersial dan telah menyumbang berbillion-billion ringgit kepada pendapatan tahunan negara.
FELDA opens lands for commercial cultivation and has generated billions ringgit of revenue to the country yearly.

Buka tembelang If you crack open a rotten egg...Yuck! You are exposing some unpleasant facts.

Bulan penuh Full moon is as radiant as a beautiful woman.

Bulat fikiran Your thought is fixed on the decision you have made. You have made up your mind.

Bulat hati Whole-hearted, determined. If you can't get the idiom connection of both bulat fikiran and bulat hati, here it goes...
