I got the idea from an article in a magazine that features edible flowers. You put together salad leaves, mild cheese and chopped nuts. To add flavour and colour, use smashed petals of red roses in the salad sauce. Take note however, to eat only the outer part of the rose petal as the base is bitter. As with all raw food, take precaution to eat only flowers grown organically and far from roadways.
