While loitering in Kota Kinabalu, I come across a few tents erected at the roadside.
Apparently this is a Malaysian Handicraft Exhibition.

Most stalls sell batik but the quality is not creative. Yawn~~

The ethnic traditional headdress is more interesting to me.

I would love to buy a Murut hat but would not dare to wear it.

A sharp machete complete with its sheathe.
Do head-hunters in the olden days use this ?

A musical instrument made of shells.

An ashtray in the form of a head-hunter.
"Head-hunter" who loses one tooth.

A troop of monkeys made of coconut husk.
Note: The Bahasa Malaysia version is a password protected page. This is a virtual classroom I use to teach my own students. If you wish to join us...come to KK lah LOL
